Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene

Our Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene online course aims to provide employers, managers and supervisors with a thorough understanding of the different aspects of Food Safety & Hygiene in the workplace. It has been designed specifically for managers and supervisors in the catering industry and the course aims to help teach the essential day-to-day responsibilities required to maintain and promote a high standard of food safety & hygiene. This includes how to implement the basics of a HACCP food safety management system for a team.

The knowledge gained from this food hygiene training course will improve food safety standards within a business. The provides the fundamentals required for businesses aiming to achieve a five-star rating in the national food hygiene rating scheme.

Learners will also be provided with a supporting PDF handbook.

The course is comprised of 12 modules listed below.  The course is self-paced, testing the learner at the end of each module with a multiple-choice quiz.

This online course does not provide a qualification itself but does meet mandatory training requirements for this level of learning.

You will receive a certificate immediately on completion of the course. This certificate may be printed and used as evidence that you have been trained in Food Safety to the appropriate level. Fizz Training can arrange for an examination for a learner, either from home or attending a classroom course, please get in touch for more details.
